We had long waited for the first Cabernet Franc child of Sabar with excitement. It was fermenting on the skin for two weeks and after the „bath” it rested in 7 different barrels for 7 months. 2790 bottles were made.

Being a single vineyard wine, this Olaszrizling is guaranteed to have the most noble acid structure typical of the variety, and the oak maturation – just like the ideal spouse – has fine tuned the youthful zest of the wine. 3248 bottles were made.

We have made this wine from the fruit harvested in Leszner vineyard on Szent György mountain, enbottling the best of vintage 2017.
Pinot Gris grape spirit 2016
Masculin spirit with deep flavours made of the sugar accumulating Pinot Gris variety. The spirit was made by the well experienced master of Reneszánsz Pálinkaház, the distillery of Badacsonyörs. Alcohol: 45%.

Soft, silky spirit of marc made of the unique, autochthonous Kéknyelű variety grown only in Badacsony wine region. Distilled by Reneszánsz Pálinkaház in Badacsonyörs. Alcohol: 45%.
Kéknyelű "Kőmagas" 2017
Thanks to spontaneous oak barrel fermentation, the natural character flows from this Kéknyelű. The savage notes fit this wine, and the neutral process of maturation transferred the wine into a real individual with rich inert values. 3088 bottles were made.
Rhine Riesling "1118" 2017
Berries harvested from Hegyvölgy vineyard were transformed by nature into a spotless masterpiece during spontaneous fermentation. We took our job „oaked seriously” – we have made 1118 bottles.
