Description: Open it in a cool evening, or open it any time. Don't wait for the best moment, when you open this bottle, the moment will be just perfect. Deep ruby look, strawberry, pepper, a pinch of smoke and red plum. Cool, firm tannins, full body, spicy finish. This is Sabar hill. We have arrived home.

Terroir, vineyard: The grape came from the west slopes of Sabar hill, planted in 2014. The soil contains more loess, clay and sand, it is less stony (unlike the typical vineyards in Badacsony wine region).
Technology: Harvested by hand. After destemming the must fermented in 10 hL plastic vats with selected yeast. Soaking and maceration for 4 weeks, then pressing. About one fourth of the wine aged in stainless steel, while three fourth of it matured in barrique (Hungarian, Austrian and French, various age) for 9 months. Unfiltered.
