Rajnai rizling 1968

1968. An emblematic year, a unique name for a wine. While I am pouring this wine into the glass, my mind on the things happened in 1968. The so called “Prague Spring” revolution against the Soviet oppression, the iconic movie called Hair, the birth of Deep Purple rock band – and I was born this year as well. This Rhine Riesling is like a time traveller substance, carries this rebel spirit, this revolutionary buzz. Crispy nectarine, vibrant acidity, luscious, creamy vanilla, spicy oaky notes. And my whole world behind the numbers.” Gábor Ádám, owner

Story:

The name of the wine refers to the birth year of the owner, Gábor Ádám. As he comments, 1968 was a year full of revolutionary events, and this wine somehow conveys the rebel buzz of this emblematic year, and the values he represents.
