Rajnai rizling - "Kis cuki" (édes)

The enchantment of this "little cuteness" begins moderately but it quickly gets to the point. When the aromas start flowing from the glass, the palate is also overwhelmed with the charm of honey, peach and a touch of marmelade. Granola with sweet spices and a hint of bitterness in the aftertaste, before we are totally melted by the flattering fruits.

Story: The name 'Kis Cuki' refers to the sweetness and charm of the wine. 'Cukor' is sugar in Hungarian, but its shortened, colloquial form 'cuki' also means 'cute'. 'Kis' means 'little'.

Terroir, vineyard: Hercegföld vineyard, 6 year old plantation  (Badacsony wine region)

Technology: Manual vineyard management and hand harvest on 14 October. Reductive vinification, fermented in stainless steel under controlled temperature, bottling on 25 January.

Serving temperature: 10–12°C

Residual sugar: 60,5 g/l, Alcohol: 12%, Acidity: 6,9 g/l, Extract: 20,5 g/l
