We had the Welsh Riesling Október yesterday #sabaratilag and here is the photographic proof of how seriously everyone was an expert on the subject. Even our 2015 Hegybor beautifully preserved its charm, but every vintage had its enthusiastic fans. Tomi and Nóri did a great job in the kitchen, making sure the wines were paired with worthy food, I entertained the jury by reading the labels and in the meantime the sun set beautifully behind the witness hills.????
p.s.: our winemaker, Bálint, could put together a separate photo album of his tasting facial expressions, it really didn't even occur to me how brilliantly he illustrates each item with his body language ????
