WELS RIESLING
"ESTATE WINE"
2025
Bottled quantity
Purity, depth, dedication, arrival. At the different stages of experiencing, we begin sensing the fairy-like almond flowers – almond is a typical note of Olaszrizling variety. When smelling and tasting the wine, we can picture the enchanting petals dancing in the spring wind. Then we realise the depth, the layers of the wine with apricot and sweet spices followed by flint with a touch of smokiness. The aftertaste says goodbye with a pinch of bitterness reminiscent of apricot corn. It makes us thirsty for another glass.
Type of wine: Dry, White
Grape varieties: 100% Olaszrizling (Welshriesling)
Terroir, vineyard: The grape for this wine comes from 5 different locations of Badacsony wine region – from Bács hill, Sabar hill and Gulács mountain – to make the wine more versatile, more complex due to the diverse exposures and terroirs.
