Grape varieties: 100% Rhine Riesling
Terroir, vineyard: The grape comes from Hercegföld, a 9-year-old plantation between two hills, Bács hill and Csobánc mountain in Badacsony wine region with a soil of loess and clay.
Technology: Spontaneous fermentation in 500 L, mild toast Austrian barrel (more than 10 years old). Maturation in the same barrel for about 8 months – harvest on 3 September 2023 and bottling on 7 May 2024.
